Hello! I am rehoming my 2 year old alaskan malamute, Soki. I've had her since a puppy. Unfortunately my busy schedule and financial situation do not agree with owning a dog of this caliber, so I think its for the best that I find her a new home.
The good:
Very friendly with other dogs and people. Loves to go for long walks, runs, and play at the dog park. Fully crate trained. Very well behaved in the house and not destructive at all.
The bad:
Very high prey drive, not socialized with kids, reacts to small animals, not great on a leash, not fully potty trained, resource guarding
Soki needs an experienced owner who has lots of time, knows how to train these dogs, and a backyard for her to run around.
