Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Millie was presumably dumped on a backroad in the county and she was in pitiful condition. She had cuts all over her face and was skin and bones. She was absolutely terrified of people and shook like a leaf at the mere sight of us. She has only been at the shelter for a few days and WOW! She has absolutely come out of her shell knowing she is safe, fed and taken care of! She is so happy to see everybody, everyday. She very lightly jumps and places her feet on your leg followed by her head and wants to be loved more than anything. She seems to have had such a rough start to life and this sweet girl deserves so much better! Her absolute favorite thing to do is be picked up, held and hugged! She would make a phenomenal family dog as she adores kids and being a lap dog with anybody that will let her. She gets along great with all other dogs, even when they are jumping all over her and being flat out rude. She doesn't mind one bit, she's just happy to have friends! She doesn't even seem to mind cats! She is let into a large play yard everyday with 6-8 other dogs and if she is called she will leave every other dog and come directly to you! Her belly is still trying to adjust to having regular meals so she does potty in her kennel at night but we think with a routine and love she would train very easily since she wants to do nothing but please her people. Her adoption fee is $275 and this will include her DAPPV, deworming, spay, 1 year Rabies vaccine and a microchip. Please call 618-833-4915 to come meet her! Thank you!
