My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mia was a breeder dog and was left in the mountains of Tenn at a Dog Pound. She was sent to a Humane Society where she was when I adopted her. She was very thin and as per the Vet had every kind of worm there is. I have moved to Senior Living and she had not adjusted. She is a one person dog and likes to sit next to you for long periods of time. Otherwise she would like to be in a crate or under the bed. She will need to be groomed about every 5 to 6 weeks. I have had her teeth cleaned and will do so prior to being rehome. I have a crate , dog bed, and a dog stroller which I will provide. Her age is I think is about 13 and the vet says she is very healthy. I love her dearly however she is slow to adjust to the lease and she barks when she hears noise outside my door. .She loves to be off lease and will stay close by when she is with you. She will spend some time in the bed with you if allowed but then during the night she will sleep under the bed.
