Meet Simba, a 7-year-old ginger and white feline with a commanding presence and a big personality to match! This “large and in charge” kitty knows what he likes and isn’t shy about letting you know. Simba has lived with another cat and did well, but he thrives with a cat-savvy owner who understands his need for space and can respect his boundaries. While he enjoys limited scritches on his terms, Simba’s true joy comes from batting at wand toys, tackling puzzle feeders, and surveying his kingdom from tall cat trees or perches. A foodie at heart, he loves his wet food and indulging in treats like Churu. This confident boy is ready to find a forever home where he can call the shots and rule with his signature charm!

More about this shelter
Mission:
Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester, works together with our community better the lives of animals through justice, prevention, and life-saving care.
Vision: A just and compassionate world for all animals.
Lollypop Farm is not your typical animal welfare organization. We don’t classify ourselves as merely a shelter, simply taking in and rehoming pets. Rather, we are your partner. We’ll work with you to build a just and compassionate world for all animals–to save animals from abuse and suffering, to find a resource to keep your pet, to guide you in adopting a new pet, to make the tough decision to say goodbye to your family friend or to share information on how to help animals in your daily life.
