Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Welcome, Clarke (aka Hopper)! 🐾
We are thrilled to share that this resilient boy is now safe and receiving the care he desperately needed. Clarke, who gained attention for his struggle in a NJ animal control facility, is adjusting to a better life with us. Despite limited space, our dedicated board members and volunteers made sacrifices to keep kennel dogs to ensure Clarke had a spot in boarding.
Clarke may have an old injury causing him to hold one leg up while he walks hence why they named him Hopper. He is scheduled to see our vet on Friday for a wellness check and X-rays to learn more about his condition.
This middle-aged sweetheart has already shown his loving nature and resilience. He enjoyed his first warm bath, relaxed on car rides—even alongside another crated dog—and melted into a well-deserved rest as soon as he was secure. At just 48 lbs, Clarke is severely underweight, needing to gain 10-15 lbs to be healthy. His skinny legs lack muscle mass, but he’s started some training and is making progress with the help of our amazing volunteers.
We want to extend a huge thank you to volunteers Fallyn and Lex for making the trip to bring Clarke to safety, and to our partner Stephanie for assisting with his vetting.
We’re hoping Clarke can find a foster home soon where he can continue to heal and thrive. If you can open your home to this sweet boy, please fill out a foster application at PittiesandPals.com.
Although many pledged support for Clarke after his viral post, only one donation has been received. We kindly ask for your help in covering his care. Donations can be made directly via this post, through Venmo (@PittiesandPalsRescue), or Zelle (PittiesandPalsrescue@yahoo.com).
Thank you for helping us give Clarke the second chance he deserves!
