My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable girl is Doodlebug. She is 4-years-old and weighs just 20 lb. We think she is a terrier mix. Inside her kennel, Doodlebug is calm and quiet, but the second you get her out, she turns into a high energy little pup. Doodlebug loves to meet new people and is an affectionate girl. She took immediately to toys and particularly loves to find the squeaker and is a big fan of fetch. Despite her small size, Doodlebug would love to have an active family to play and run around with. She would do great with children of all ages. She has shown mixed opinions on dogs that she has met, so an Introduction would be needed to make sure it’s the right fit. We don't know what Doodlebug thinks of cats but we can cat-test her if needed. Doodlebug is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and healthy. Her adoption fee is $395. If you would like to meet/adopt Doodlebug, please complete our online application at https://daws.org/daws-forms or stop by at our shelter Wednesday-Sunday between 12 and 6 PM. The DAWS shelter address is 147 Grassy Plain St. Bethel. Email daws@daws.org if you need assistance or have any questions. Doodlebug can't wait to meet you!
