Additional adoption info

You can submit application before or after meeting the kitty. The application and contract must be signed before adopting. We will have a conversation prior asking and answering any questions. We really feel that's the best way to find the most suitable home for kitty and suitable pet for adopter. If needed, we will request a home check.

Go meet their pets

Our cats/kittens are located in the Swartz Creek/Flint Township area. I am the director for the Pet Awareness and Adoption Tent at Swartz Creek Hometown Days and also in charge of the Genesee County Fair pet adoption tent. Purrsuit of Happyness also does pet adoption events at Family, Farm and Home in Swartz Creek and at Magoo's in Fenton.

More about this rescue

I have been doing pet adoption events and fundraisers for over 15 years. I've been involved with other rescue groups in the past and decided to start my own non-profit in 2019. As a group we decided it was really only feasible to do cats at this time. We are a small group and hope to expand by finding more volunteers and fosters who share our passion. We really encourage adopters to keep in contact via Facebook, etc., so we can keep in contact with kitty and also help in any way we can if needed.
A money back return policy is offered on our cats/kittens. It's very important to us that they are always safe, healthy and happy.
