My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Klaus is an 1.5-year-old male Golden Retriever mix who must be neutered before adoption.  He came to PAHS by way of county animal control as a stray; and no owner reclaimed him.  As you can clearly see--he is so handsome!  Klaus's medium length coat is golden red and luxurious--truly a coat of a diva!  He weighs 46 pounds so he is a medium sized young dog.  Since he is a stray, we are still learning about Klaus.  If you would like more info about this handsome guy, please either call the shelter between 11-4 @ 334-358-2882 or come out and meet him during those same hours.

Dog/puppy adoption fees are $100.  Cat/kitten adoption fees are $50.
