Meet Dr. House, the cat with the cutest grumpy face you’ve ever seen! He loves resting, relaxing and loafing in cozy dark spaces like his favorite tunnel or perched at the top of his cat tree. When he’s not sleeping, he loves to join you on the couch or your bed, headbutting you for pets, cuddles, and will stay until you need him to leave!
Dr. House is kind and greets you with the cutest meows when you come home, when it's time for breakfast or if he’s feeling cuddly. When he’s tapped out (which doesn’t happen too often) he will gently tap you, and will simply walk away to his cozy hiding place when he wants his alone time!
Though his favorite activity is lounging, Dr.house does get a couple bursts of energy throughout the day, and in those moments he loves to play with his wand toy, the balls on the cat tracks, and watch some cat tv (and the lion king!) to tune into his hunting instincts. He isn’t the strongest climber and loves entertainment close to the ground!
Dr. House does get anxious at times, especially with sudden movements and tucks away to his cozy hiding space when he is feeling a bit scared, but the time spent hiding greatly reduces once he gets to know you. He does warm up to new people relatively easily but will hide at first to get the lay of the land! Based on this, I think he would be a better fit in a calmer environment where he can get all the love he deserves!
This cat can be adopted with a friend or as a single cat.
