My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

MEET TILLY!!!!

She's a super sweet, cuddly, chill 3-4 year old, 60 lb lab mix who is in need of her forever home! Tilly is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm negative.

She's great with people & other dogs, but not a fan of cats. She is potty trained and is a fast learner. She already knows sit and responds to her name.

She was saved from euthanasia at Dallas Animal Shelter by just a few minutes & is currently in a foster home awaiting her forever family. Stay tuned for more pics and info as we get to know Tilly!

She has been spayed, is heartworm negative (current on HW prevention), current on vaccinations and heartworm prevention. All she needs now is a forever home to call her own!

We do not have a facility to house the dogs in our program. They are all kept in foster homes until they are adopted. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
