Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bingo is a nice, easy-going dog. He walks well on leash and enjoys sniffing all the good spots on the ground. He wasn’t interested in treats when we met him, but he was a little stressed because he woke up in his home and then ended his day in the shelter. Bingo did some owner searching and whimpering in the playlot. But he found comfort in us giving him lots of chest rubs and butt scratches. Bingo wants a forever home for the holidays, let’s give that to him.

*Adoptions are walk-in 12-6 daily at 2741 S. Western Ave. Chicago, IL

*The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.

*All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs.

*Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
