We rescued Sam in August from a situation where he was kept outdoors in the Texas heat and neglected. He had raw and infected feet, worms, and was missing a lot of fur. Over the past few months, we've nursed him back to health, getting his vaccinations and preventative meds done, and all his fur has grown back. He is now a healthy, happy, cuddly boy who is doing well with training (knows sit and stay) , is great on a leash, and has gotten along well with our other dog and cat. He loves the dog park and his favorite toy is a tennis ball. We love him very much but are planning an out-of-state move where we will be renting and unable to have 2 large dogs. We want to find him a loving forever home.
