My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kix is a Courtesy Listing and is not housed at the Animal Shelter. Please note that the City of Bloomington Animal Care & Control accepts no responsibility for this pet. Potential adopters are responsible for communicating directly with the pet's guardian.
Get ready to fall in love! This social boy is so much fun. Kix is an adorable blue-eyed 6 month old Siamese male kitten with so much love to give. If you would like a cat who is friendly, playful and entertaining Kix is your boy. Kix could play with the laser all day or chase his bird feathers on a string. Kix gets along great with his foster brother so would be happy with other cats and isn’t bothered by my beagles. Kix has been neutered, vaccinated, FIV/FeLV negative and dewormed and ready for his loving forever home. Could it be yours?

Additional adoption info

Please come in and visit with our pets available for adoption. Once you find an animal you would like to adopt, you will be asked to fill out an adoption survey and meet with an adoption counselor. We do require landlord approval and we do not adopt out animals to live completely outside. Our adoption fees are $75 for dogs and cats under 5 years old and $55 for those 5 years and older.

More about this shelter

The shelter has very active volunteer and foster programs. Volunteers walk dogs and help with cat care. Fosters take young, shy and injured animals into their homes to prepare them for adoption. Learn more on our website and consider getting involved today!
