Meet Sweetie, a gentle and joyful soul who lives up to her name in every way. Sweetie is great with people of all ages, making her the perfect addition to a family or anyone looking for a loving companion. She’s both quiet and playful, striking the perfect balance between relaxed and fun. Crate trained and leash-friendly, Sweetie thrives on structure and adventure alike, showing off her easygoing personality at home and on walks. Her curiosity and affectionate nature make every moment spent with her a delight.
Sweetie gets along wonderfully with other dogs, regardless of size, and is currently thriving in her foster home with two large canine friends she loves to romp around with. Her foster family has been amazed at her impeccable manners—she has no resource-guarding tendencies, treats her stuffed toys with care, and is always eager to learn. Already mastering commands like "crate," "free," and "sit," Sweetie is a treat-motivated quick learner who would love to keep building on her skills with her future family.
Originally found as a stray in eastern Washington, Sweetie has embraced the comforts of a loving home and is ready to share that love with her forever family. Whether it's a cozy cuddle session, a leisurely walk, or playtime with other dogs, Sweetie is ready to bring joy, loyalty, and companionship to your life. Will you be the lucky one to give Sweetie the forever home she’s been waiting for?

More about this rescue
We opened in December 2019 as a dog cafe. 3 months later we had to shut down due to Covid. We resumed operations in December 2020 but are solely doing adoptions. We hope to reopen the cafe sometime in the future. Our CEO has 3 dogs that she adopted from a shelter. Her experience at a high-kill shelter inspired her to start a halfway home for dogs while searching for their forever home. Our dogs spend a considerable amount of time playing with one another, thanks to proper introduction and close supervision during playtime. We only take in a small number of dogs to ensure each one gets plenty of one-on-one time with us. This also allows us to work with more fearful/shy/reactive dogs and adopt them out once they’re ready.
