Hi there. My name is Scout and I'm a true explorer. I'm a mini poodle with brown and white fur. My hair is short now, but I will be a fluffy boy when it grows out.
I am currently staying with my foster family and loving this new leash on life. After being saved from a puppy mill I have started to explore life in ways I've never dreamed of. I'm learning what toys are, and I'm starting to like them! I'm learning to go on walks and love scouting out all of the trees around me. I love snuggling up next to my foster family to watch movies or take naps. I am a patient and gentle boy looking for someone to treat me with the same kindness.
I love playing in my fenced in backyard. I've never wandered off in un-fenced areas so my foster mom thinks I could be easily trained to stay close or potty on a leash.
Speaking of potty, I am doing great with my potty training. I go outside, do my business and am ready to come back in.
My foster family has some great members who I am starting to really love. I love my dog siblings, don't mind my cat sibling and even learned what a human toddler is. My human toddler is loud and has tons of energy but she doesn't bother me. I think she is fun to watch. My foster mom thinks I'd be a great family dog. I like adventures but I also like to relax and snuggle. I'm the best of both worlds!

Vetting on 12/5/24 including all of my shots, deworming, & flea and tick.
Neutering scheduled for next week.
