My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there! I`m Flannel, but you can call me FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) – a nickname my foster parents gave me because, well, I just can`t bear to miss out on any fun or affection!

I`m your ultimate 2-in-1 kitten package:

Cuddle Monster: Got a lap? I`ll claim it! Arms for hugging? I`m there! I absolutely adore being held and snuggled.
Energizer Kitty: When I`m not cuddling, I`m a whirlwind of playful energy. Toys, games, exploration – bring it on!
I thrive on attention and interaction, so if you`re looking for a feline friend who`s always up for adventure or a snuggle session, I`m your perfect match! Fair warning: I need plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep my curious mind engaged.

Are you ready for a kitten who`ll fill your days with love, laughter, and non-stop action?

More about this shelter

The Gananoque & District Humane Society (GDHS) is a volunteer run no kill animal shelter that takes in abandoned or surrendered animals, provides them with medical care and attempts to find them forever homes. Every animal that enters GDHS is quarantined, assessed and examined by a vet (if necessary), spayed or neutered, microchipped, and given vaccinations prior to being available for adoption. We do not receive guaranteed funding from any source and rely on the generosity of our community.
