Owner surrender due to time constraints to properly tend to Po Ling. O got him in Jamaica and brought him here when he was 4 mths old signed him up and finished puppy training class at a local Pet Smart in Ft Lauderdale Fl. O taught him limits and boundaries which he displays in his moments of exuberant moments as well controlled. He is smart and very eager to please.
