This sweet girl with soulful eyes is Margot! She arrived at the shelter with her bestie/sister, Henrietta, on 11/26 and no one has come to reclaim them. They're an absolutely precious duo, and the volunteers have enjoyed getting to know them. While they seem shy and a bit scared inside (probably due to the loud environment), once outside together they relax and are playful and fun-loving. Both girls know how to sit and lay down when asked. We'd love to see them get adopted together because they give each other comfort and oftentimes can be found cuddling together on their bed. If you have room in your heart and home for these two sweet girls, please come meet them today!
Margot is approximately 1.5 years old, and she weighs 51 lbs. She is UTD on vaccines, and she will be spayed and microchipped upon adoption Margot did test negative for heartworms so that is great news. She is waiting in run 90; her ID # is 6509.

Cobb County Animal Services was established in 1971. As part of Cobb's Department of Public Safety, we serve the entire county, protecting the residents and animals of Cobb.
The mission of the Cobb County Animal Services Unit is to enforce state laws and county ordinances pertaining to animal control and management; educate the community on responsible pet ownership and wildlife care and provide housing and care for homeless animals, while coordinating their adoptions when possible and humane euthanization when adoptions are not possible.
