My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Smartwool!

Smartwool entered Irvine Animal Care Center as a stray, and when he wasn't claimed during the hold period, we scooped him up to become a Frosted Face on December 4th (which is, coincidentally, National Sock Day - hence the name!) He is estimated to be around 10 years old and weighs 13 lbs.

Smartwool is very friendly, outgoing, and eager to be in the company of people and other dogs. He enjoys back scratches, and while on our weekly group hike, he happily romped along the trail.

Smartwool would make a wonderful family dog, and is ready to find a brand new home for the holidays (and forever!)

Please drop by between 10 AM and 3 PM to meet Smartwool and our other on-site Frosted Faces. We look forward to our visit!
