My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Maddy. She is so pretty with her beautiful markings. She was rescued with her sister from a shelter and is a very lucky kitty. She is on the shy side but does warm up to you when she trust you. She does enjoy love and wants to be loved. Her sister Mazy gives her cuddles and it makes her feel safe. She is friendly just not real confident yet. She does love her food and especially get happy when she gets her treats. If you have patience and will give her time she will be a great companion. She probably would not be good with kids and needs a quiet house.

More about this rescue

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit cat rescue group. We rescue abandoned cats & kittens from the streets and high kill city animal shelters in Orange, Los Angeles, Imperial and San Diego counties.
We also help people who need to rehome their pets through our Community Foster Program in that we post the cats on our internet sites and accept applications for them. We also help the owner screen applicants and bring their cats to our adoption events but we cannot physically take them since we are foster based. We do not have a physical shelter, we foster in our homes, not in cages which is a more natural environment for cats.
Lastly, we help reduce the number of unwanted kittens with TNR (Trap-Neuter/spay-Release) by loaning traps and instructing others on how to TNR and by referring people to low-cost S/N clinics.
