My name is Jeff!

Jeff was adopted by my daughter for my mother. My mom is 86. Jeff is not good with other dogs and my mom has a 6lb dog who Jeff growls and lunges at. I took Jeff hoping my med sized dog would be less likely to be bullied. I was wrong. Jeff has been in my care for 3wks. He is housebroken, follows simple commands and will sleep in a crate. He does love leash walks hw will chase a ball but won't give it back. Jeff will guard whatever he deems his at the time. If in a cair and one of the other dogs walks by he stands and growls. Same with the dog bed. He is not food aggressive at all. I do not want to take him back to the shelter as I do see better behaviors then in the beginning. Jeff needs someone who is home most the day as he does cry when I'm at work. He is not crated when I'm working just at night.
