My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gina or G as I’ve been calling her, a heeler mix estimated to be between 6-8 years old. She is HW -, She loves to go on walks, however she will pull on the leash first thing out the door as she’s super excited to be going somewhere. Once she settles in she will walk nicely next to you. She’d make a great running partner.

She has a doggy door she can come and go as she pleases but until she is comfortable with you she will be velcroed to you and not let you out of her sight. She’s a definite cuddle bug and loves nothing more than snuggling up right next to you.

She’s just the biggest sweetheart. She does not like kennels or slip leads. She does like to jump up on you so we are working on that. She does well with other dogs and has not been cat tested as far as I know. And I was told no chickens. She is a little nervous around strangers but will warm up to you given a little time and patience.

Additional adoption info

We endeavor to find the best home for each pet in our care. We do home visits on every pet, even if it can only be a virtual visit with pictures and videos from the potential adopter. Most of the time we adopt to people who live close enough for a personal home visit.

Adoption application

Go meet their pets

We do not have a facility; so meet and greets with potential adopters, pets and current pets are done on an appointment bases; sometimes at the potential adopter's home, or in a neutral location.
