Greta is a calm, chill-vibe gal looking for a family to call her own.

Although initially shy upon introduction, she becomes affectionate and loyal once comfortable. With patience and guidance - you will have a new best friend in no time.

She enjoys the company of other dogs and would be well-suited to a multi-pet household.

She has met cats and has been indifferent towards them; we feel she would coexist nicely in a home with a feline companion. Although she hasn't met any kiddos, she'd likely do just fine due to her gentle nature - with a proper introduction.

We do a very thorough screening interview, where we go through all of our policies, regulations and asking very detailed questions.
We perform a home and reference check.
Reference checks are your vet and two personal,
once all of those are completed,
we approve you.
you will out a liability waiver, and then set up a meet and greet
if the dog is the right fit, you sign the adoption agreement, pay the fee and on you go home with your new fido friend!

Bark at the Moon Animal Rescue is a volunteer-based, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected, and abused animals. Bark at the Moon Animal Rescue is completely funded by the support of the community through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering prior to their adoption.
