What is Rehome?
If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
BEAN: a sweet, shy siamese girl who has been through a lot and deserves the best possible home we can find for her.
YOU: patient, experienced pet lover who can give Bean love, support, and stability.
This is my partner's cat, and its taken a lot for us to come to this decision.
Bean and my partner have been together for the last 6 years, and during that time, Bean has struggled. Her last owner declawed her and put her in abusive conditions with other cats, which resulted trust issues, behavioral problems, and a low quality of life. We've realized after all this trial and error, we just may not be the best fit for her.
She's anxious and hides often. Once she warms up to someone, she loves to cuddle, get pets, and enjoy some wet food! She can tolerate kids and dogs well, but not other cats. She needs to be the only cat in the home.
Additionally, she would love an owner who's home often and can give her lots of affection.
If Bean's story resonates with you, give her a chance.
