This is Misty. Misty is a sweet little girl that is craving your love in a home that she can call her own If you want to rescue a puppy or a dog that really needs your love and you need their love. These puppies are the one, They have a very sad story. I was contacted by a rescue in Texas to help save a mother and her puppies from a very high kill shelter that does not care 1 oz about killing mother's puppies, newborns, healthy dogs and so on. I always say it what kind of person can do something like this but going back to these sweet babies they lived on the street for most of their baby life. When the kennel got them they were posted for maybe a week or two by time. The rescue had got a hold of me. It was like 2 days before the deadline. By time we got to tag them. It was kill day. We lost our mother and I believe two other puppies before the director went in and pulled them for the rescue the tag them. I can't imagine the mother watching her children be killed in front of her or her children watching there mother be killed in front of them. The shelter did not take good care of the puppies. They're very thin when I got them. We're getting much better gaining weight. They're very smart. They want the love. So if you are looking for somebody to love, I'm asking you to give one of these puppies a chance. They need your help. They need your love. Addie’s Pet Protection is a 501 c 3 organization devoted to the rescue of puppy mill dogs, senior dogs and dogs who are medically fragile. Our program offers these dogs a sanctuary to heal their broken bodies and their broken spirits. A percentage of the dogs we service are offered hospice care for end of life situations. They are kept comfortable and loved until they pass.
