Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Queen is SUCH a love! If you are looking for the sweetest, cuddliest, mellow small pup who LOVES lap time, here she is!!
- Queen is the happiest pup who will gladly follow you around the house wagging her tail the whole time
- She is great with other dogs of all sizes, though she doesn’t want to play with them
- Loves to snuggle, lap time is her favorite!
- She can run up and down stairs like a champ
- She is crate trained, potty trained, and trustworthy in the house!
- Queen is VERY smart and treat motivated, making her pretty easy to train!
- Walks nicely on leash, has some pep in her step
- She seems healthy and active, we would not guess she is 10 years old. She is quick and spry and looks like a cute little puppy.
- She is the perfect mellow girl and will be happy to just be by your side all day
Please note: New people scare her at first and she needs slow introductions to feel safe. She barks and growls if strangers try to come up to grab her (can you blame her when random humans think it’s ok to grab a small dog’s face?!). We are working with her on this, and once she trusts you (doesn’t take long!) she loves you fully and is the sweetest dog you’ll ever meet! She is doing wonderfully with training and needs a patient and committed adopter who will continue to help her thrive as she navigates her new life.
Queen’s ideal home:
- Low traffic and no young children, loud noises and sudden movements are scary when you’re such a small pup
Comes with 2 free dog training sessions!
Comes fully vetted - spayed, had 8 teeth pulled and is deemed a healthy senior!

“A Dog Rescue Doing More than Dog Rescue”
We are a young rescue (3rd year anniversary in Jan 2023), but we are here to lead the way of what rescue actually means and set the standard so others can follow.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog.
We hold monthly group training classes for the community (yes, even those without rescue dogs).
We provide free training for our foster families.
We provide free training for our adoptive families.
We are doing more than just rescuing the dog, we are changing the pattern of surrendering by providing knowledge and education through our community.
It seems like a simple thought of course, but one that many rescue groups do not follow.
