My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Wicker! Wicker came to us as a stray and sadly was never reclaimed so he is now searching for a new forever home!

Wicker is a Plott Hound that is about 3 years old and weighs almost 70 pounds. Wicker is a sweet boy but can be a little shy at first, but doesn’t quickly warm up to new people. Wicker is housebroken and is good with kids, doesn’t mind the cats and is good with the other dogs! We do require a dog intro with any future k-9 siblings to make sure everyone gets along!

Wicker did test positive for Lyme diseases and is currently on medication. Unfortunately there is no cure for Lyme however Wicker can still live a happy healthy life, but could have some health flare ups later on in life. Wicker is up to date on his vaccinations, dewormed, flea treated, heartworm tested negative, microchipped & neutered! If you are interested in making Wicker a part of your family please contact the shelter directly at 989-831-7302!
