Meet Phantom and Midnight (you can probably guess who’s who)! These charming 6-year-old brothers are a perfect balance of playful zoomies and cozy nap time. Neither is overly energetic nor overly laid-back, making them great companions for a variety of households. They’re both sociable and affectionate, though Phantom is definitely the more attention-seeking of the two. Having grown up around children, they’re well-adjusted and should do well in most family settings.
Phantom and Midnight prefer scratching on fabric, carpet, and wood surfaces. While they’re skilled mousers, they tend to enjoy playing with their catches more than actually catching them. Neither has any health or behavioral issues, and they’re definitely not the type to knock things over.
Although they’re friendly and adaptable, these two may not be thrilled about living with other cats, as they’ve been together since birth and have a strong bond. For this reason, they should be adopted as a pair.
Phantom is a fluffy, soft, and lovable guy who can never resist a kibble snack. He’s also the first to greet visitors and loves to flop on top of his humans or roll over for belly rubs. His playful, affectionate nature means he’s always seeking out attention, and he’s incredibly sweet in return.
Midnight is a bit more reserved but still loves to snuggle up next to you while you read or watch TV. He’s much better at managing his weight than his brother (who tends to be a little more food-focused), and he’s not overly vocal, except when it’s mealtime. Midnight’s preferred toys are anything catnip-related, and he’ll bat them around for hours. Though neither of them is particularly fond of lasers, they’ll enjoy the occasional play session with one.
These two are definitely in need of more human playtime, as Phantom could use a bit of extra exercise. They both enjoy grass and greens, and are plant eaters unless a nice patch of cat grass is available! They also love high spaces, so if you have bunk beds or tall shelves, that’s where you’ll often find them.
Currently living in a foster home (which used to be their permanent home), Phantom and Midnight are ready to find their forever family. They come with all the essentials: carriers, food dishes, and accessories. They tend to eat a bit too fast, so we’ve been feeding them with kibble balls to slow them down. Aside from that, they’re wonderful, well-behaved cats who are sure to bring a lot of joy to the right home.
Phantom of the Opera is from an owner surrender with brother. If you are interested in getting to know this animal better, please fill out an adoption application. An adoption application is the best way to show your interest in an animal and is not a binding contract.
