My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Starsky and Hutch are two adorable 12-week-old male kittens who are looking for their forever home—together! These sweet brothers are the perfect mix of playful energy and loving snuggles. When they’re not busy chasing each other around or pouncing on their toys, they love nothing more than curling upon your lap or chest for a good, long cuddle session, often both at once. Hutch, in particular, has a special way of showing his affection—he loves to “groom” you by giving little licks, and sometimes even gets his tongue stuck out of his mouth after! They are quiet cats who don’t meow much but have the cutest chirps that they use to “talk” to one another.

Hutch and Starsky also love to explore and can be a little mischievous – both of them still like to try to initiate play by gently biting at your fingers. They are also very shy at first – they were found wandering the streets of Philadelphia at 6 weeks old, so they can take a while to warm up to new humans. Even once they are familiar with you, they can still be skittish, but that doesn’t stop them from seeking you out later for a cuddle. The best home for them would be with a family that is willing to givethem time to come out of their shells and turn into their fun and cuddly selves.

Starsky and Hutch are neutered, current on shots, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped, and litter box trained.

* You must be 18 or older to adopt. If you’re under 18, you must have a parent or guardian submit an application on your behalf.
* All cats must be kept indoors. In special circumstances, we may waive this requirement on a case-by-case basis.
* We do not adopt to any home that will declaw an animal. Declawing is cruel and unnecessary.
* All cats/kittens must be spayed/neutered prior to adoption.
* Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or into a home with another active cat or cat-friendly dog.
* Your adoption fee helps to cover a small part of the costs of veterinary care. However, we strongly recommend that you take your new kitty to your vet for a check-up shortly after adopting to establish a relationship and a lifetime of regular check-ups and care.
