This precious boy is Pooh Bear, a 4 year old lab/shepherd mix who came to us from Puerto Rico! Him and his buddies, Tigger and Piglet, took a lovely plane ride from Puerto Rico to South Carolina in search of a better life! Pooh is the embodiment of his name, he is loving, gentle, and smart. Pooh Bear isn't just a handsome face! He gets along well with other dogs, walks well on a leash, and seems to know his household manners and commands. Here's what some of our doogy day out volunteers had to say: "He is the sweetest dog ever. He is so gentle and calm and just a happy dog. He loves to cuddle and be close to people and hes really good on a leash and around strangers. Hes a little shy at first but he warms up quickly and just wants to be loved. Hes also super silly and a little dumb but in a cute way. I would adopt him in a heartbeat if I was able. He would make a wonderful family dog for anyone looking for a medium energy goofball who is all about snuggles and human affection."
