Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Nova, a 1 year old Alaskan Klee Kai mix with a beautiful fluffy white coat! Nova weighs about 35lbs. She is a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly! She is very sweet and loves to play.

Nova is medically up to date, spayed, housebroken, and crate trained. She is good with people, kids (recommended older), and cats. She is still getting used to dogs, she barks at them at first, but only because she's excited and wants to meet. She is currently being fostered with other dogs and is doing well with them.

She LOVES her teenage human siblings and is great at brining love and joy to a home!

Nova's breed mix is fairly high energy, so she is in search of an active home who can keep her physically and mentally stimulated!

Submit Application

Apply for the dog you are interested in. Or fill out a general application describing what you are looking for in a dog

2.
Home Check

After processing you application, you will be contacted to schedule a virtual home visit.

3.
Approve Application

After your application is processed and your home visit is done, we will let you know if you are approved to adopt!

4.
Meet the Pet

Once you are approved a meeting will be set up for you to meet with the dog you are interested in.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

The last step is finalizing the adoption! Sign their contract, pay the adoption fee, and take your furry friend home!

We match our dogs to the best applicant for each dog! We process applications, preform a home visit, either in person or a video call. We have a discussion with you about what you're looking for in a dog, and we work with our applicants to find the dog that will best fit their home and lifestyle. We want to ensure both our rescue dogs, and adopters are set up for success and are happy!

Paws Rescue League Inc. Rescues the dogs that need saving. We believe ALL dogs deserve love, happiness, and a family. We don't just take in the puppies, or the young fully vetted dogs who are quick to adopt. We take dogs of all ages, all sizes, all breeds and we do our best to find the best family that matches their needs. We work with our adopters to make sure they are supported, and the process is as stress free as possible. We are a 501(c)(3) non profit rescue, that is run by volunteers.

Currently we are NOT adopting to residents of MASSACHUSETTS OR MAINE. We will update our website when we are able to serve those areas. Thank you!
