Meet Nova, a stunning 1 year old spayed female American Eskimo/Great Pyr mix with a beautiful fluffy white coat! Nova weighs about 35lbs. She is a little shy at first, but she warms up quickly! She is very sweet and loves to play.
Nova is medically up to date, housebroken, and crate trained. She is good with people, kids (recommended older), and cats. She is still getting used to dogs, she barks at them at first, but only because she's excited and wants to meet. She is currently being fostered with other dogs and is doing well with them.
She LOVES her teenage human siblings and is great at brining love and joy to a home!
Nova's breed mix is fairly high energy, so she is in search of an active home who can keep her physically and mentally stimulated!
Nova is so excited to meet her forever family, could it be you?!
Adoption fees vary based on the dog and are not negotiable. As a small rescue that does not receive government funding or grants, we rely on adoption fees to stay afloat. Adoption fees help cover the following: vaccinations, wellness exams, heartworm/4DX testing, parasite prevention, spay/neuter (age-appropriate), microchipping, transport expenses, and other rescue-related overhead/administrative costs. Paws Rescue League, Inc is an all-inclusive rescue that does NOT only rescue puppies and young, healthy dogs. We make a point to also rescue seniors, dogs with special needs, moms, and other “less desirable” dogs, knowing that we will likely incur higher veterinary expenses and that these dogs may take longer to get adopted. As such, an individual adoption fee is not only reimbursing PRL for expenses directly related to that dog, but it is also helping us to continue our mission of taking in dogs that would otherwise be too much of a financial burden to save. We believe that ALL dogs deserve a second chance. Thank you for your support and understanding!
