Taco is a very sweet, playful little boy. His foster, Mary Kay, was called on Saturday morning at the end of September by neighbors saying it was an emergency. They know MK does cat rescue. Mom was moving kittens in her mouth to a safer place. We got all four kittens and trapped mom, and now everybody is spayed and neutered. If we hadn't gotten them, in a few months there would have been another 25 kittens.
Taco loves his three sisters and his foster, Mary Kay, and would love to have his forever home where he can play, play, play and have treats and sleep by someone. He has been neutered, combo tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV, two FVRCP shots and microchipped. He will need another FVRCP shot in about two to three weeks and rabies when he's old enough, between three and four months, depending on your vet. He also needs to be adopted with one of his sisters or another animal at his new home for him to play with, et cetera. His adoption fee is $95. E-mail Mary Kay at mkhendricks1@comcast.net or call her at 832-865-4652 or 713-453-8621.

More about this rescue
Cats for Life, Inc. is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to improving and saving the lives of stray and abandoned cats in the Greater Houston, Harris County area.
Please Note: Cats for Life, Inc. is not a shelter. The cats live in foster homes, and we are always overwhelmed. We cannot take owner turn-ins or strays found by kind people at this time. However, if you wish to e-mail, we can direct you to organizations that will help you get your cats spayed and neutered, etc. and get them adopted if you are willing to foster them in your home until such time that they are adopted. This would include taking them to the organization's mobile adoption site (usually Petcos and Petsmarts) on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Thanks for rescuing stray and abandoned animals.
