Meet Anastasia!

Anastasia is the ultimate laid-back kitty! She is a true couch potato at heart, preferring the comfort of her bed or your lap to anything else. She’s a calm and chill kitty, who doesn’t get worked up easily—making her a low-maintenance companion. Anastasia isn’t too interested in other cats, often choosing to ignore them, and she’s not one to engage in playful antics with toys.

She’s a treat lover and enjoys a good serving of wet food, so you can definitely win her over with some delicious snacks! While she might not be keen on playing or being overly active, she’s always ready for some relaxation time with you. If you’re looking for a lazy lap cat who’s content with a cozy spot to rest, Anastasia is your girl.

She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and FeLV-FIV negative.

We welcome interested adopters to visit with various adoptable pets 10am - 4pm Tuesday through Saturday at 3881 S Tripp Rd, Osseo, MI. No appointment is necessary.

Please allow at least an hour for the adoption process.

There are exceptions, but typically adoptions are the same day.

We know our pet photos are adorable, but it's best to select your companion based on their personality and compatibility with your family and lifestyle. It is important to that you bring any children with you to meet potential pets. We also recommend that all family members be present for an adoption. Spending quality time with any potential pet is key. This will help ensure that your potential pet is the best possible fit for everyone in the family. We welcome all adopters, from any county or state.

We prefer if you complete an application prior to meeting the animals so we can help you make a great match.

This is accomplished through education, quality and compassionate care of the animals received at the shelter, and community outreach. GHHS obtains funding through donations, fees for services, and fundraisers.
