Lokesh is the sweetest old boy. He looks like he hasn't been groomed in a long time. There was even a piece of food stuck in a mat of fur on his back and dreads on his bum. His little ears look like they have seen some serios fly bites or frost burn. Either one is not cool and probably from being kept outside long term. Lokesh is still happy as a clam. He has wonderful calm energy and is quiet. Two things rare in his breed. Lokesh delicately takes treats and leans in for pets. This senior boy deserves to be pampered and loved.

*Adoptions are walk-in 12-6 daily at 2741 S. Western Ave. Chicago, IL
*The building is open 12-7 daily and adoptions end one hour before closing. All visitors 18 and older must have a government issued ID.
*All household members should be present to meet dogs (especially those under 18 and any decision-makers). We recommend and can arrange dog to dog meet and greets for your current dog to meet a potential dog sibling at the shelter. You will need to show proof of up to date rabies vaccination for your dog or dogs.
*Slow, cautious, and appropriate introductions are recommended after you allow time for decompression for the shelter dog.
