My husband and I have had Cole for about 4 years as an adult cat. We are unsure of his breed, but he is very large and is a “Hemingway” cat, which makes him very unique. He was also initially raised by a house full of German Shepards, and has a lot of positive dog-like personality traits. He currently lives in a house with two other cats and a large dog, and gets along great with our dog. He does not like one of the cats that is under our care and will try to attack him every time they are in eye sight of each other. So, long story short with that, gets along great with dogs, not necessarily with other cats.
Due to his constant attacking of our other cat (though we keep them constantly separated to the best of our ability), it is clear that the environment we provide to him causes stress, which has caused urinary blockage issues. He is on a special prescription diet that he needs to be on for the rest of his life.
He is very loving, friendly, and a fantastic cat when he is by himself
