Meet Kazoo! This 2 year old kitty was surrendered to a vet clinic several weeks ago. He is neutered, vaccinated, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. He was slowly introduced to the other foster cats and did absolutely amazing. He is very cat and dog friendly. He is fearful of nothing... seriously. When the big dogs try to play with him, he doesn't even flinch. Although he has a 'tough guy' act, he has been cuddling with all the animals (and humans) on a daily basis. He is also the king of biscuit making. This kitty acts like he's working 9-5 to support a family with how much biscuit making he does. He is medium energy. He could sleep all day or play all day... he really doesn't mind either way. If you're looking for a confident, loving, all around friendly cat, kazoo is your boy!

DPR was established in 2004 as a 501(c) non profit organize and an all volunteer rescue organization. We are not a shelter. We rescue both cats and dogs. We care for these pets in our foster homes until proper and stable homes are found through a multi-step adoption process. Our ultimate goal is to match families with our pets so that they live out their lives in loving, educated, safe homes for the remainder of their lives. Our additional goals in rescue are to educate the public in the importance of spaying/neutering and exposing the truth behind pet store puppys and the horrors of puppy mills.
