My name is Maui!

Maui(8) is a giant lovable cat, like the character he was named after. When inside he prefers to hide under our couch, our in a room under a bed, and comes out when it is quiet. He goes outside occasionally and hangs underneath our shed, or lies in the grass. If there are loud noises or sudden moves he runs away. However, when hes comfortable he's a huge lover boy! He will meow for his pets and will jump up to get pet head to toe. He is prone to getting a few mats on the back of his legs. The reason I have to re-home is even though we have plenty of litter boxes (he does use those boxes too) and he's fixed he still goes (pees/poops) outside the box as well. He's a nervous boy so he'll need lots of time and gentle patience when he gets re-homed but if you show him love, he will warm up in no time. Being with his brother Beast would likely help, but I also understand that might be rare.
