Don't be distracted by my ears! Or, maybe you should be! I am a 4 month old, 20 lb Schnauzer/Shepherd mix; we expect my weight to be around 50lbs. I have some long legs! My coat is a bit wirey so I likely will not be a big shedder. I just recently have been able to practice being a real puppy! I am playing with toys and other dogs (and cats!); I am meeting new people and trying to get the hang of all things a young puppy needs to get the hang of. I am crate-trained and I am working so very hard on my housebreaking. I am getting there! I would LOVE a family with other dogs. I thrive and learn so much when I have another one or two canines to watch; a playful doggie friend would also be a bonus because I love to romp and run. I have proven to settle much better when the humans leave if I have my dog family with me to keep me company too! I am suitable for kids 8+, cats, dogs and in general a home that will put some time into training and raising me right, which is what every puppy wants and needs! Please fill out an application if are interested in adding me and my ears to your home! https://asecondchanceforziva.org/adopt/adoption-process-application/
