My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Olly! I’m a bit of a shy girl at first, but once I get to know you, I love being around my people. I’m not the biggest fan of being picked up or held, and I really don’t like loud noises or kids but if you’re calm and patient with me, I’ll show you my sweet side. I like to lean against you when you’re sitting, but I’m not a lap cat—I prefer to have my own space but still be near you.

I have a few favorite things: I love basking in the sun, especially if there’s a soft bed or a cat tree nearby. I’m a fan of cat toys, especially ones on strings or small ones I can bat around. I’ll keep myself entertained, but I enjoy a good play session with Da Bird too! When I’m comfortable, I’ll even let you rub my belly and make air biscuits. I’m pretty easygoing with routines—just give me about half a cup of dry food each day, and I’m good to go. If I get stressed and stop eating, I do love a bit of Fancy Feast beef wet food as a treat.

I’m a quiet girl, but I do like to talk—especially when I’m getting attention. You’ll hear me chirping sweetly to let you know I’m happy. I’m also great at the vet and don’t mind being handled there. I’m just a little quirky and may hiss from time to time—it’s not aggression, just my way of letting you know where I stand. I’ve never been one to scratch or bite; I’m just a little cautious.

I’d be perfect for someone who lives in a quiet, child-free home, with no other cats or dogs. I’d love a cozy spot to relax in and a peaceful companion to share my days with. If you’re looking for a sweet, independent friend who’ll be your companion on the couch, I’m your girl!
