My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:


Archie was rescued back in 2019 at (around) one year old. Very timid but VERY sweet and affectionate. Would probably do best as an only dog just because he is so submissive. Can be energetic, loves to run and play with his toys but also is very happy cuddled up on a lap, napping.

I now have a 10 month old baby at home and since having her, my other dog, (6 y.o female Chihuahua) has become very territorial over the baby. I'm afraid of someone inadvertently getting in the middle of a tussle. On that note, Archie is EXTREMELY gentle and loving of the baby. Loves to be around her and loves to watch her play.

Has lived on a small farm with me, great with small animals. Very curious but gentle with chicks, chickens and quail. Used to lay with the chicks and was protective of them and would watch and hang around the chickens.

Archie has been a very good pet to me and very much deserves a loving home. He's afraid of the Chihuahua and isn't able to get the attention he deserves right now.
