Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Jadis is a 2-year-old pittie mix (may be younger) with a petite 35-lb frame and a heart full of love! This sweet girl is as cuddly as they come and thrives on being close to her humans. Whether you’re lounging on the couch or heading out for an adventure, Jadis is the perfect companion.
While being in foster for one week so far, we’ve learned that she is:
Potty & Crate Trained: Jadis is fully potty trained and crate trained. She’s great at sleeping through the night or while you’re at work (especially if you give her a kong with frozen kibble and pumpkin)!
Velcro Dog: Jadis loves being with her people and will happily stick by your side.
Super Cuddly: She’s the ultimate snuggle buddy who will make your heart melt with her affectionate nature.
Smart & Food-Motivated: Jadis has learned “sit”, “here”, and “crate” in one week and is working on learning “down”. Training with her is fun and rewarding since she’s eager to please.
Great on Walks: She’s a loose leash walker and loves exploring.
Entertains Herself: While Jadis loves attention, she’s also great at keeping herself entertained with toys and bones when you’re busy.
Non-Destructive in the House: She is great about only chewing on the things she knows are hers.
Bath & Car Ride Approved: Jadis is easygoing when it comes to grooming and enjoys car rides, so she’s always ready to tag along.
Likely Dog-Friendly: She currently has kennel cough, so she hasn’t been introduced to other dogs yet. She shows very positive body language on walks towards other dogs and in general is very playful!
Things to Note:
Jadis can get excited and jumpy, but she’s been making amazing progress in just one week with consistent training and is learning to keep all four paws on the floor. She may do best in a home with older kids in the beginning.
If you’re looking for a loving, goofy, playful, and loyal companion, Jadis is your girl! She’s ready to fill your days with love, laughter, and lots of tail wags
