My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Flower, the sweetest 6-month-old Husky mix! This energetic pup is a true couch snuggler who loves nothing more than curling up beside you for a nap. Flower is already well-trained, with a knack for kennel and dog door use, and she walks beautifully on a leash. She's a social butterfly, great with kids and dogs of all sizes and breeds. Most importantly, Flower is incredibly loyal to her people and will shower you with affection.

Flower's Favorite Things:
* Cozy naps on the couch
* Splashing around in the water
* Snuggling with a blanket in her kennel

Flower is happy to be an only dog and receive all the attention, but she would also thrive with a playful canine companion to keep her entertained.
I hope this bio captures Flower's wonderful personality!

More about this rescue

Here at Arf-Anage Dog Rescue, our motto is "No Mom Left Behind". We specialize in moms and pups from local shelters as well as the Navajo reservation. When fosters are available, we also help with puppies that are owner-surrendered, "accidental" litters, or the last of a litter that someone just "couldn't get rid of".

Once our Mama dogs are done raising their pups, they are given time to recover then spayed, rehabbed, and made ready for forever families.

Puppies are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. We orient them into a foster-home environment and begin potty training and socialization. We find them great forever homes and in case it doesn't work out, we take the dogs back and find them another loving home. We offer 80% refunds on adoption fees up to 5 days after the adoption.

In some situations, we also offer assistance to help find free or reasonable spay and neuter services for owned pets.
