My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rex is a handsome 2-year-old terrier-mix. This resilient boy is definitely a positive thinker; he was abandoned in a local dog park, but his happy-go-lucky personality says, “hey, there are worse places for a dog to be left!” Rex enjoys toys and treats but pets, snuggles, and hugs are his love language! We’ve found Rex to be friendly, sweet, and affectionate and we just know his gentle ways will make him the perfect companion to some very lucky family.
We think he’s friendly enough to join most any family, but meet-and-greets with whole family, both 2-legged and 4-legged are always welcome!
The adoption fee is $50 and before Rex leaves the shelter, he will be neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations.

The fee for adoption is $50, cash only. We have many great pets available for adoption at our shelter and during our offsite adoption events. There is no resident location requirement to adopt a pet from us. We have a friendly staff that will assist you in locating a compatible pet for your home and family.
