Meet Freyja, a lively and affectionate girl searching for her new home! This playful lady is full of energy and thrives with plenty of exercise and mental enrichment. She responds well to positive reinforcement training - especially with a tennis ball as her motivator - and loves to learn new tricks. Freyja would like to be the only dog in the household and soak up all the attention, and she is not a candidate for off-leash dog venues. She is a huge fan of water - give her a little pool and she is a happy dog. Freyja is eager to bond with a family that understands her needs and can provide her with an active, loving environment. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized.
