Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Juanita and her brother Freckles were rescued from euthanasia in the nick of time. These adorable puppies didn't deserve to perish simply because the Oklahoma shelter lacked space. A rescuer pulled them out just in time. Their breed is unknown.

Now safe, Juanita is overjoyed to be alive. She's a lively girl with large ears, always ready for adventure. She welcomes everyone with boundless enthusiasm and plenty of kisses. She enjoys the company of her canine friends and pays no mind to cats, even with five in her foster home.

Juanita is tidy, keeping her kennel clean without any accidents in the house. She's happy to snuggle up with you or stay content in her kennel through the night. It's hard to find a sweeter companion than this 25-pound darling.

Our adoption process involves completing a one-page adoption application. Applications are processed within 48 hours.

Adoption fees for cats/kittens are $130.00. All cats/kittens have been wormed, altered, tested for feline leukemia, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

Adoption fees for dogs/puppies are $300.00 All dogs/puppies have been wormed, altered, tested for heart worm, given age-appropriate vaccinations, and are microchipped.

We also offer our Senior for Senior program matching senior animals to people over the age of 63. Adoption fees are waived for this program.

Camp Companion is a 501c3 organization established in 2003.

Based in Rochester MN, the organization is totally driven by volunteers.

Camp Companion is dedicated to providing low-cost spay and neuter services for feral, farm and stray companion animals. The organization is funded solely by donations, fundraisers, grants, and adoption fees. All funds we receive are used for veterinary expenses and the cost of care incurred for the animals waiting for their forever homes.

Through our spay / neuter efforts, we encounter kittens and stray domestic cats that need rescue services and a forever home. We have no shelter, but rely on foster homes to care for these rescued pets. Every animal we offer for adoption is spayed or neutered.
