Meet Denali! This sweet, young girl is looking for a Shepherd loving family to call her own. Denali can be a little shy with strangers, but she warms up quickly especially when yummy treats are involved! Like most German Shepherds who do not receive proper socialization as puppies, Denali can be timid in new situations and is still learning that things like the leash and other dogs are not scary, but she is making good progress and is a fast learner! She is as sweet as they come, and like most Shepherds she is smart as a whip and would benefit from positive reinforcement based training to catch up on the skills she has missed out on so far. Denali wants to be friends with other dogs, but she can be a little hesitant at first. If you have other animals in your home, we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Denali home. If you are interested in meeting with Denali, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: Tan Weight: 64 Age: 3yrs 0mths 1wks
