Ares (tuxedo) and Athena (tortoiseshell) are calm cats who enjoy cuddling with each other and looking out the window. They are playful and enjoy attention from humans--Ares likes to jump on my desk and meow at me for attention while Athena will brush against my leg and even lay on my feet to get my attention. They follow me around the house when I go downstairs and Ares loves to jump on the couch and join me for breakfast on the weekends.

Our application is available on our website or at our adoption fairs. We do deliveries of our cats to their new homes to help ensure a successful transition.

We hold adoption fairs at Petsmart Campbell (CA) almost every Saturday, noon to 4pm; as well as at Petsmart Coleman (San Jose, CA) on one weekend a month.

More about this rescue

13th Street Cats is an all volunteer organization dedicated to improving the lives of feral and social cats and reducing the population by TNR – Trap, Neuter, Return in Santa Clara County. Kittens and cats that can be socialized are taken into foster care while waiting adoption. With a no kill philosophy, 13th St Cats is pleased to be able to rescue these homeless animals who might otherwise end up in a local kill shelter, helping to reduce euthanasia rates.
