Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet the ever so handsome Grayson! This sweet boy had a rough start in life at a RV park where people were hostile towards stray cats. Due to this past trauma, Grayson is quite hesitant towards new people and requires an ample amount of time and understanding to warm up. While he is slow to trust people, Grayson absolutely loves all cats he meets! Being around other cats makes him feel safe and he come out of his shell. Grayson must be in a home with at least 1 other cat, but he is happy to be around as many cats as possible. While Grayson’s trust is slow to earn, once he lets you close, you won’t be able to get enough of this cuddly little guy! He is a big fan of morning/evening bedtime snuggles. His skittish nature makes him a better fit for adults and older children.

There is an application and fee required for adoption of our kitties. We begin with a phone interview. If that goes well then an appointment is set up for the potential adopters to come and meet our kitties. If one is chosen a home inspection is scheduled. If that goes well the darling kitty is delivered and a follow up call will happen a week or so later.

Please contact us at adopt@azshfa.org for information on our wonderful kitties. After a brief phone interview we can set up an appointment to meet our kitties at the shelter.
