Edison a distinguished gentlemen and the most handsome tripod pup around! Edison is good with other dogs and children, but a home with no cats is best. Kissimmee fl He is a smart, sweet, charming, and eager-to-please little lad. He knows 'sit' and 'wait', has never had an accident in the house, displays absolutely no resource guarding, walks well on leash, and is progressing well in crate training. He sleeps soundly in his crate each night and will occasionally return to it for day naps of his own volition. He is a bit quirky in that he seems to vastly prefer the indoors to our yard, preferring to spend time outside only for bathroom breaks and a bit of loping on the grass. We expect this might change as he heals up and starts going on walks and exploring more. Edison is working with us on: • Respecting personal space (are you sitting down? Your face must be licked!) • Not jumping up on people when excited • Gently taking treats (he is careful but his mouth is very big) Things Edison LOVES: • Stuffed toys • All the pets and love • Naps next to people • Treats! Things Edison is not sure about: • Slippery floors (tile, wood, and concrete are scary...rugs and carpet help him walk safely!) • Lizards (he hasn't decided whether these are scary or chaseable) Edison has been a joy to foster so far.
